  • Qbees are a small fashion accessory designed to fit snuggly on your ear/headphone cables, brightening them up, whilst also personalising your look, for more details please What are Qbees

 

  • In order to use all the functions of this website, you would need to register (you can use your social media login for this too). If you register you can save your current choice of Qbees designs and come back again later, and amend/delete them. Using the Qbees site as a guest, without registering just means you have access to less functionality.

 

 

  • If you have a specific question, and it is not answered in our FAQ area, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you.

 

  • We aim to delivery as quickly as we can, this is limited to 30 days, unless there are unusual circumstance, delivery WILL be fastest when you are ordering our stock Qubes (as seen on the homepage) as we carry enough to meet most demand. Any order where you upload an image or add your own text, via our Qbees Maker means we have to get your order printed, this does add a little extra time (but it will be worth the wait!J) We aim to get your Qbees to you as quickly as we can. You can visit My Account after logging on, to see the status of your order.

 

  • We are NOT allowed to print certain things, this could be a logo, or a phrase or something that is rude or offensive. If you make an order that we believe fits these areas, your order will not be provided, you will be refunded in full, for more details on what you cannot order, please click here.

 

  • If you get an error page (oops!) please close the page and log back into your account and check your recent orders. If you cannot see the order, and get the same error again, please contact us, explaining where you get this error, and we’ll do our best to help.

  • All registered users can see their purchase history by visiting My Account.

 

  • If you have forgotten your password, this can be recovered by clicking on the My Account button and clicking on the lost password button. An email will be sent to the registered email address on the account, with a password reset function.

  • When you are checking-out, you will be offered many delivery options, these are all provided by the Royal Mail, and will include delivery from the cheapest (second class mail) to the fastest, Special delivery, by 9am. Please be aware that whatever postage YOU choose, your order is still subject to our up to 30 days policy, we will however always try to deliver as quickly as we can.

  • Subject to our Terms and Conditions any non-bespoke Qbees order will be refunded in full including standard postage fees if you cancel your order.

 

  • For any cancelled or faulty good we will refund a payment within 14 days of receiving it back from our customer.
